Program Structure:
8-Week Intensive Program: Weekly group sessions to build foundational mental fitness and strategic career/life vision & blueprint.
Followed by Bi-monthly Group Coaching Sessions (twice a month): These sessions are designed to:
- Track your progress against your personal roadmap
- Provide feedback and insights from peers
- Offer space for reflection, celebration of wins, and overcoming obstacles
- Ensure accountability, encouraging you to stay the course
